PNM Public Advisory Meeting Summaries

The information below reflects the 2023 IRP process.

PNM launched its Public Advisory Process for the 2023 Integrated Resource Plan (IRP) with a Kickoff Meeting on April 28, 2022. This process gives PNM the opportunity to provide information to, and receive input from, the public and other stakeholders regarding the development of the IRP. Following the kickoff, PNM staff and contractors led a series of briefings and technical sessions for stakeholders devoted to examining issues around the production of the IRP.

Facilitated Stakeholder Process

Pursuant to the new IRP rule, Gridworks was selected by the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission to facilitate a Public Stakeholder Process for the 2023 IRP. Please see the Gridworks website for further meeting summaries, presentation materials, and the schedule of upcoming meetings.

Public Advisory Q&A

At each of the Public Advisory Meetings (listed above) for the 2023 Integrated Resource Plan (IRP), stakeholders are encouraged to ask questions and provide feedback. PNM has compiled all of the stakeholder questions and PNM-provided responses into a Public IRP Questions Database. In the database, you can search questions and responses by topic.

Stakeholder Presentations & Commentary

PNM welcomes the continuing engagement of stakeholders in the planning process for the 2023 Integrated Resource Plan (IRP).

Throughout the IRP process, stakeholders offer presentations, and send emails, studies, comments or letters. Access copies of all such stakeholder input and any related PNM responses here: Stakeholder Presentations and Commentary.
